Do You Know Hypoxic Training?

Jul 04, 2018

Altitude training, also known as hypoxic training, involves exercising in, living in, or otherwise breathing oxygen reduced air for the purpose of improved athletic performance, pre-acclimatization to altitude and/or physical wellness.

"Hypoxia" (low oxygen) causes many of the adaptations which improve fitness, particularly those related to endurance. Oxygen uptake and delivery, blood lactate removal, and buffering of hydrogen ions are all adaptations which will improve aerobic and anaerobic components of fitness.  There is also a role for hypoxic training during the rehabilitation process, providing a new stimulus for adaptation and providing a means of maintaining fitness whilst injured.

Now, home altitude systems allow you to train at altitude from the comforts of your own home. No longer must you waste time and money on temporary altitude training camps or concede an enormous physiological advantage to those who have that luxury. Simply put, our technology will give you an edge.

You can use our hypoxic generator to do the training at home or GYM easily.
