Oxygen Concentrator How To Use

Sep 13, 2017

Oxygen concentrators are used by suppliers who need higher concentrations of pure oxygen oxygen. Concentrations are often used at home, and the clinical settings of oxygen supply in the hospital Center. The machine absorbs oxygen directly from the indoor air and does not use an oxygen cylinder. Nitrogen-absorbing machines and their release into indoor air only provide pure oxygen to patients. Oxygen generator does not have high flammability risk of oxygen cylinders, do not need to refill. But, about 3 feet, 3 feet, they were not easy to carry. The focus requires several steps to set up and a little maintenance to work properly.

Step 1th

will focus on the wall. Make sure the concentrator can reach you without using the extension cord. A machine that will nipple an adaptor or a foam humidifier. Fill the maximum filling line of a foam humidifier with distilled water. Replenish the necessary oxygen to replenish moisture when water reaches the "lowest" line.

Step 2nd

Oxygen tube, nipple adaptor or foam humidifier. Central oxygen supply do not use pipe lengths exceeding 50 feet. The end of the pipe attached to the connector. The tube end of a nasal duct or other oxygen-moving device.

Step 3rd

Pin the nasal catheter to the tip of the nose up to 6.3 inches. The nasal catheter absorbs the ears around the oxygen tube. The rest of the pipe, allowed to fall into the lower jaw, or back behind. Adjust the tube and close the skin underneath the pipe. When using an oxygen mask, cover the strap behind the TOU. Adjust the tightness of the strap by pulling the mask on each side of the loose elastic band on top.

Step 4th

Turn on the oxygen generator and set it to proper leveling, prescribed by the doctor. Only in the specified time and amount, the use of concentration. Do not adjust the flow level or use the specified time. Make sure that the oxygen is looking for a button on the concentrator that correctly indicates normal flow. The button may have a green light.

Step 5th

Watch the yellow or red lights and oxygen system abnormal concentration. The plate bath lamp may indicate that the oxygen flow is blocked. Check all piping and connection concentrator is not working properly. Please call the machine's retailer or manufacturer's machine if the machine is not properly scheduled for inspection.
