Jul 04, 2018

The word "hypoxia" means low oxygen delivery to bodily tissue. The process of the hypoxic method can briefly be described as follows: when we inhale lower-oxygen air, the brain responds to this change and instructs the body to increase pulmonary ventilation and the production of red blood cells. Red blood cells deliver oxygen to the tissues which combine with stored nutrients to produce energy.

The benifits of the hypoxic traning is as below:

1.Altitude training may help prevent a person from acquiring altitude sickness during a hike.

2.Mountain climbers may require altitude training before scaling large mountains.

3.Altitude training allows athletes' bodies to produce more red blood cells.

4.Athletes who participate in endurance sports may benefit from training at altitude.

5.By training in high altitudes with lower oxygen levels, athletes can increase their endurance when back on lower ground.

6.Hypoxic training enhances strength and endurance and significantly improves your cardio- pulmonary system

7.Hypoxic training improves pulmonary ventilation and red blood cell count, adding to your overall health!
8.Hypoxic workouts can decrease your valuable workout time by up to 50%!
